JOB DESCRIPTION AND SUMMARY-
Ken Fix IT technician
You perform a wide range of tasks in the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of property facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and usable environment for guests.

What will you do:
- Inspect and carry out preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment on the plot
- Check all areas of the building for safety and take immediate corrective action
- Visitors help in an informative and useful way regarding the equipment of the property
REQUIREMENTS-

- Relevant experience with building maintenance is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
